Terms of Service

Yamazo Studio is licensed, not sold. Each license permits installation on a single device, identified by hardware fingerprint. Licenses are offered in two forms: an annual license, valid for its paid term and renewed each year, and a perpetual license, granting lifetime use of the version purchased. Either form may be transferred to another device up to three times per year by requesting a hardware fingerprint transfer.

You may use Yamazo Studio for commercial production analysis, time study, line balancing, and lean manufacturing purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, or install on more than one device per license. Attempts to manipulate the hardware fingerprint to obtain additional activations will result in license termination.

An annual license includes updates and email support for its active term. A perpetual license grants use of the version purchased; new feature releases and new major versions are available through an optional annual maintenance plan (20% of the license fee, optional from year two). Perpetual users without the maintenance plan may continue using their current version. Email support is included with every license.

Marketing emails (product news, tips, new-version announcements) are sent only to email addresses for which you have given prior explicit consent under ETK article 6. You may revoke that consent at any time via the one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email; even after revocation, transactional notifications regarding the product you purchased (order confirmation, license-related security or legal notices) will continue.

Your rights under KVKK article 11 are detailed in the Privacy Policy. You may request full deletion of your account by writing to support@yamazovas.com; deletion will be performed within 30 days of the request. Data that we are legally required to retain (e.g. invoice records) will be kept for the periods required by applicable law.

Yamazo Studio is provided 'as is'. We warrant that the software will perform substantially as described in our documentation. A free demo is available for pre-purchase evaluation: every feature is unlocked for 14 days from activation, after which the demo continues indefinitely with a 1-video limit and restricted advanced features. The demo itself does not expire.

Opsida is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software (including loss of profit, data, or business). Total liability in any case is limited to the license fees paid to Opsida in the preceding 12 months.

An annual license remains in force for its paid term, and a perpetual license remains in force indefinitely, unless terminated for breach of terms, hardware fingerprint manipulation, or violation of applicable law or ethics. Upon termination you must cease use and delete all copies. No refund is due for terminations caused by your breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Central Courts of Istanbul and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement. For users acting in their capacity as consumers, the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
