Lean shop-floor execution · On-prem

Connect the plan to the floor, standard work to flow.

Standard-time planning, work orders, an operator tablet and a line display — one flow, inside your plant.

Plan. Execute. Monitor.

1

Plan

Spread the day’s work orders across the lines. Flow measures each load against standard time and flags an overloaded line instantly.

2

Execute

Operators start and finish work from the tablet and report a stop with one tap and a reason. The work steps stay in front of them.

3

Monitor

The line display shows status live; every stop lands on a Pareto chart. The whole floor reads the same board.

Live

Can this shift actually be done?

The plan is measured against standard time, runs on the floor, and shows on the display — one flow.

LIVE FLOW

A plan measured in standard time, running live on the floor.

A lean layer, end to end.

Standard-time planning

Build the daily plan in Flow. Each line’s load is measured against standard time, so an overloaded line becomes visible — visual Heijunka.

Work-order management

Create a work order, assign it to a line, track its status: Waiting → In production → Done. The whiteboard and the spreadsheet retire.

Operator tablet + work steps

One-tap start, stop and finish; a stop is reported with a reason in 15 seconds. The sequenced work steps stay right in front of the operator.

Live line display (Andon)

Colored tiles on each line tell the story: RUN, STOP, % load. What is behind, where a stop is — the floor sees it at once.

Downtime signals & Pareto

Every stop and deviation lands on a timeline and a Pareto chart. "What stops us most?" has an answer by the end of the shift.

On-prem · your data stays in the plant

Runs on your own server, with no internet. Counts, cycle times and stop reasons never leave the factory.

Standard-time Heijunka

Drag a job. Watch the shift rebalance.

Every job carries its own minutes (pieces × standard time). The bar fills against the shift’s 420-minute capacity — so you see at once whether the plan will fit.

Line B is over capacity. Drag a job to a freer line — if that line’s operator is not qualified, Flow warns you (skill matrix).
