Annual Yamazo Studio and Opsida Flow licenses at 60% off in year one, stepping down to list price over five years.

Percent off the list price in each program year. Prices are per Studio seat or per Flow site, per year, excluding VAT.

Who can join
- Fewer than 250 employees, and annual turnover up to €50 million or a balance sheet total up to €43 million (EU Recommendation 2003/361/EC).
- Independent company, or one whose partner and linked companies together stay within the same limits.
- New Yamazo customer. The program applies once per company group.
- You declare eligibility yourself and re-confirm it each year. We may ask for a short proof.
- The EU definition applies. It can differ from national SME definitions.
Terms
- Applies to Yamazo Studio Annual and Opsida Flow. Perpetual licenses and WorkSense are not part of the program. Airlock and Companion come with every Studio license at no extra cost.
- The five-year clock starts at your first invoice. From year six the then-current list price applies.
- The discount is a percentage of the then-current list price. It does not combine with volume, regional or prepayment discounts; the lower price applies.
- Prices exclude VAT and withholding tax.
- Opsida Flow is currently offered through pilot projects; the quote states the exact scope.

Questions
What happens after year five?
The then-current list price applies. We announce changes in advance, as with any renewal.
Can I combine it with the volume discount?
No. The program and the volume discount do not add up; the lower price applies.
Is there a perpetual license option?
The program covers annual licenses. The perpetual license keeps its own published price.
Is a Turkish SME certificate enough?
The EU definition above is the reference. If you are unsure, send your figures and we will confirm before the quote.
